A real discovery from an unexpected region
I'd never tried anything from this distillery before and I'm genuinely impressed. Beautiful clarity in the glass, complex aromas of fresh herbs and mineral water, and a palate with wonderful weight and a long, clean finish. There's a subtle earthiness that gives it real personality.

Stolichnaya (Stoli) is outstanding
The nose on this is lovely — I immediately got soft bread and Clean grain. On the palate, the Medium-bodied with a balanced sweetness is beautifully done, and the Clean and smooth with a short peppery fade. I agree with the editorial review — this is a seriously impressive vodka. Tried it neat at room temperature first, then chilled from the freezer. Both excellent, but neat at room temp shows off the character better.

Beautifully balanced and versatile
What strikes me most is the balance. It's clean enough for a classic Martini but has enough body and character to sip neat. Lovely soft texture, hints of anise and white chocolate on the nose, and a palate that's both silky and precise. Equally at home in a cocktail bar or a quiet evening at home.

Expected more
Not terrible but not worth the premium. The nose promised Clean grain and soft bread, but the palate is flat and the Clean and smooth with a short peppery fade disappears too quickly. I've had better vodkas at half the price. The Medium-bodied with a balanced sweetness the review describes wasn't apparent to me. Perhaps I got a bad bottle.

Beautifully balanced
One of the most well-crafted vodkas I've tasted. The a faint mineral quality with citrus zest promises quality, and the palate delivers with Medium-bodied with a balanced sweetness. Nothing feels harsh or out of place. The Clean and smooth with a short peppery fade ties it all together. I tried it neat, chilled, and in a Moscow Mule — it shines in all three. The wheat base gives it a distinctive character. Can't recommend it highly enough.

A standout bottle
Tried this side by side with several competitors at a tasting and it stands head and shoulders above them. The nose gives you a faint mineral quality with citrus zest — it's immediately apparent this is quality. Then the palate opens up with gentle spice and the wheat character shines through. The Clean and smooth with a short peppery fade. I've already ordered another bottle. Excellent work from Stoli Group.

What a beautifully crafted spirit. The nose gives you a faint mineral quality with citrus zest and lovely character, and on the palate it's all about gentle spice. The mouthfeel is particularly impressive — silky, full, and rewarding. The finish rounds everything off with Clean and smooth with a short peppery fade. Anyone who says all vodka tastes the same hasn't tried this. The review here nails it.

Decent vodka for the price. The nose is clean — I got the Clean grain that the review mentions — but the palate didn't wow me. The gentle spice is fine but nothing special, and I'd have preferred more character coming through. That said, the Clean and smooth with a short peppery fade is clean enough. Works well in cocktails where you don't need a premium bottle.

My new favourite vodka
Third bottle in and it just gets better. The nose opens with a faint mineral quality with citrus zest — I also picked up Clean grain that the review mentions. On the palate, citrus is spot on, and there's a Classic and reliable that makes this incredibly smooth. The finish closes with Clean and smooth with a short peppery fade. This has become my go-to. Makes an incredible Martini too.

Nice but slightly overpriced
Good quality spirit but slightly overpriced for what it is. The Clean grain is the highlight — very clean and well-presented. On the palate, the citrus is fine but not exciting. At $20, I'd expect more character. The Clean and smooth with a short peppery fade is pleasant but brief. A reliable mixer.

Solid middle-of-the-road
It's a solid vodka. The nose has Clean grain and a faint mineral quality with citrus zest, but on the palate the Classic and reliable doesn't quite deliver the complexity I was hoping for. The Clean and smooth with a short peppery fade is a bit brief. Still enjoyable though — I keep reaching for it when making cocktails rather than sipping neat.
